Every human being is going through some traumas and have some struggles along their journey either they are or they are not aware of it.

The first time when I decided to go inward and observe my thoughts, my habits patterns and my pain body I had a mix of feelings between gratitude to be conscious about it and frustrated to see all the things I must change if I wanted to grow and make the most out of my existence in this lifetime.

The journey was not smoothly and easy at all. I acknowledged that if I didn't feel good about myself, I wouldn't feel good about my life. And if I didn't feel good about my life, I wouldn't be interested in looking for my purpose, in having brilliant careers and overall a happy life.

The most important lessons I have learnt during my inward journey were:

• Discipline is a huge requirement for progress.

• Self-love is everything.

• Forgiveness is underrated. It is key to free yourself from the grudges of your past.

• Trusting your intuition is super powerful. Nobody knows you better than yourself.

It requires a lot of willpower, energy and consistency to go through the entire process. I was lucky enough that I was surrounding with like-minded beings who helped me a lot to understand that I was not alone in this, they also have being through something similar but I was missing some extra support to tell me "be gentle with yourself", "you are doing great" or "just rest today".

Sometimes you get lost, you are not sure about this recovering path anymore; there are many emotions coming up and new thoughts in your mind trying to integrate in your "new" you.

That's why I am inspired to help and guide other changemakers to achieve their dreams with the support of my wisdom, experience and love.
